（1）串口初始化，主要对串口的参数进行设置

（2）数据发送，要根据键盘的状态进行处理，若为读取按键进行数据的发送处理

（3）数据接收，当串口准备好接收数据后，进行串口扫描等待传送来的数据，并将传送来的数据进行存储和显示-PC side software
