A rigorous mathematical analysis of the ability of

dual-baseline Interferometer to resolve angular ambiguities based on

Chinese remainder theorem is presented. Theoretical analysis and

simulation results show that by properly designing the antenna

spacing, it is possible to improve significantly the ability to resolve

angular ambiguities under the constraint that the distances between

adjacent antenna elements are relatively prime.
