During the last few decades Wearable Antennas have become the most promising and emerging technology. These antennas have great importance in communication system because of its innumerous advantages such as Light weight, Flexibility, Low Cost and Small Area. Due to variation in frequency, Tune able Antennas can be used in different position on human body. Coverage area, gain, directivity and efficiency has to be adjusted according to rules and regulations. Impartment of wearable antennas in fabrics brought a new set of limitations in design. In contrast with ordinary antennas, wearable antennas have some advantages. Firstly, a flat structure which can easily be wear. Secondly, a vast coverage area and thirdly, ununiformed substrate parameters. The existence of wrinkles on human skin give rise to reflection which affect the results. The inner pressure effect is inversely proportional to number and amplitude of wrinkles but directly proportional to deformation in reflectors surface.
