IDEA:

The idea is to use a quadcopter with 2-way communication to transport proper medication to the victim. The person around the victim would be given proper assistance to use the equipment or medicines by means of live stream video and audio connection. This would help the victim to be alive by few minutes and to reduce the criticality of the situation till the ambulance arrives to the victim.
