功能
1、单键开关LED
2、在LED开启状态下旋转编码器可以调节pwm以控制LED亮度
3、在LED开启状态下双击达到最大亮度(实际就是程序事先设定好的)
4、在LED开启状态下长按进入延时关断，延时65s，最后10s指示灯闪烁
5、在延时关断状态下单击取消延时关断
6、关断或者掉电后会记忆最后亮度(掉电记忆)
注：
1、短按操作：按键按下，按下时间<1s，属于一次短按操作
2、长按操作：按键按下，按下时间>1s，属于一次长按操作(The function of this lamp is not very complicated. Let me start with the function.
