第二章介绍面向对象的基本概念，OSI、TCP/IP网络模型，以太网技术基础，XML、XMLSchema基础和常用软件工具；

第三章介绍IEC61850的分层信息模型、具体定义、配置方式与配置文件；

第四章主要介绍MMS基础知识、IEC61850与MMS的映射关系、MMS与ASN.1编解码和MMS典型报文分析；

第五章介绍GOOSE服务、IEC61850—9—2SV服务、简单网络时间协议和IEEE1588精确时钟同步协议。(The book is divided into five chapters:
