针对视频监控系统中运动目标的检测与跟踪技术研究,本文比较运动目标检测的各种方法,采用背景差法来对运动目标进行检测,并阈值化和二值化检测出运动目标区域,能达到很好的检测效果。同时,利用卡尔曼滤波器对检测出来的运动目标进行预测和跟踪,实验验证跟踪效果较好。
