官方下载的NXP LPC2388的usbhost程序有问题，不能用JTAG调试，导致有时候检测U盘不正常。本人修改usbhost代码保证了枚举的正常性-NXP LPC2388 usbhost exmple have some problem use　jtag debug 。 i find the bug and fix it。
