- cDNA微阵列图像分析的目的是测量每个靶点的光亮度，靶点的光亮度在细胞中表现特定基因的数量，其测量结果直接影响到其后续分析研究。微阵列图像分析包括三个步骤：图像网格化，图像分割以及信息抽取。本文利用数学形态学及形态学分割方法自动提取cDNA微阵列靶点图像，图像分析结果与目前最流行的微阵列图像分析软件GenePix及法国学者Angulo J 等提出的方法对比研究，表明该算法是精确、稳定及有效的。特别适用于处理由于机械机构造成的靶点位置偏差、相互粘连及形状不同的微阵列图像。-failed to tr
