实现VC读取BMP文件头，并转化成RAW格式，之后再利用原文件头和数据部分转存成BMP文件。其中用到了二维动态数组。-VC reads the BMP file header to achieve, and transformed into a RAW format, then re-use the original file header and data part of the conversion into a BMP file. Which uses a two-dimensional dynamic array.
