研究了圆形感兴趣区域, 推导了相应的掩码计算公式, 将多级树集合分裂算法(Set partitioning in hierarchical trees, SPIHT) 加以改进, 得到适用于圆形感兴趣区域的图像压缩算法. 实验结果表明, 本文提出的圆形感兴趣区域掩码计算公式简单实用, 改进后的压缩算法效果明显.-Of the circular region of interest, the corresponding mask derived formula, the set partitioning in hierarchical trees algorithm (Set partitioning in hierarchical trees, SPIHT) to be improved, by circular region of interest for image compression algorithms. Experiment The results show that the proposed circular region of interest mask formula is simple and practical effect of the improved compression algorithm is obvious.
