求矩阵鞍点个数，鞍点定义：在矩阵行中最小而在列上最大的点。

输入问题格式：

第一行一个数Ｎ，表示以下有N矩阵

以后每个矩阵先由两个数字m,n表示，该矩阵是m*n矩阵
