椒盐噪声是图像中经常见到的一种噪声，它是一种随机的白点或者黑点。常用的去除这种噪声的有效手段是使用中值滤波器。中值滤波是一种非线性数字滤波器技术，经常用于去除图像或者其它信号中的噪声。这个设计思想就是检查输入信号中的采样并判断它是否代表了信号，使用奇数个采样组成的观察窗实现这项功能。本实验首先编写了一个子程序，用以实现3×3中值滤波。对于图片5.07（a）加入了Pa = Pb = 0.2的椒盐噪声，并用刚刚编写好的子程序实现了对加入了椒盐噪声的图片进行了滤波。结果证明，中值滤波是一种除去椒盐噪声的有效手段。-Salt and pepper noise is a noise, it is often seen in the image of a random white spots or black spots. Effective means to remove this noise is to use a median filter. The median filter is a nonlinear digital filter technology, often used to remove noise in the image or other signal. This design idea is to check sample the input signal and determine whether it represents a signal, use an odd number of sample observation window to achieve this functionality. In this study, first write a subroutine for the median filter 33. Picture 5.07 (a) by adding Pa, = Pb = 0.2 salt and pepper noise, and just write a good subroutine pictures by adding salt and pepper noise filtering. The results prove that median filtering is an effective means to remove the salt and pepper noise.
