本文主要研究运动背景下的运动目标的检测与跟踪，并给出了相应的实现算法。实验结果表明，提出的算法可以较好地自动识别和跟踪目标。-This paper studies the movement context detection and tracking of moving targets, and gives the realization algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can automatically identify and track targets.
