针对弹药图像测量系统的实现,提出了设计方案并对其中的关键技术进行了介绍 在硬件选型中,对工业相机及镜头、光源和照明系统、以及运动控制部分等核心硬件的选型进行了介绍 在软件编写过程中,对本系统中上位机驱动编写、摄像机自动聚焦、摄像机标定及目标识别和检测等关键技术做了简要介绍 最后,对本系统进行了实验验证,验证结果表明,该系统设计方案可以满足普通弹药参数测量实际应用需要,且系统重复测量精度最高可达到0.1像素。-Ammunition for the realization of image measurement system, a design scheme and one of the key technologies were introduced　in the selection of hardware, industrial cameras and lenses, light sources and lighting systems, as well as part of the core motion control hardware selection conducted introduced　in the software process of writing, and on the system PC-driven writing, the camera auto-focus camera calibration and target identification and detection, and other key technology to do a brief introduction　Finally, the system is verified by experiments, validation results show that the system design to meet the general needs of the practical application of ammunition parameter measurements, and the system repeats the measurement accuracy can reach 0.1 pixels.
